Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ensemble EHS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

Your Data

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The platform, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Ensemble EHS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensemble EHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
