Dr. Sarah Ndlovu
Chief Safety Officer
Dr. Ndlovu brings 20 years of occupational health and safety experience from leading mining, manufacturing, and construction companies. She holds a PhD in Occupational Health from the University of Cape Town and is a certified SAMTRAC practitioner.
Michael van der Merwe
Chief Technology Officer
Michael leads our engineering team with 18 years of experience building scalable enterprise platforms. Previously CTO at two successful African tech startups, he specializes in offline-first mobile architecture and cloud infrastructure.
Thandiwe Moyo
Chief Revenue Officer
Thandiwe drives our go-to-market strategy with extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales and customer success. She previously led regional teams at Oracle and SAP, focusing on enterprise adoption across sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr. Khumalo leads our occupational health initiatives with 15 years as an occupational medicine specialist. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer for a major mining group and advises on health surveillance, wellness programs, and medical fitness assessments.
